I've been with Dr. Corina Radu since January 2006 and love my job! I am certified by the scheduling institute and as a Sure Smile Clinician. My favorite thing about orthodontics is the close bond we make with our patients, since we see them every month. I love the playful but professional work atmosphere and relationships we have with our patients and parents. The thing I like best about working with Dr. Radu is her work ethic and understanding.

I was born and raised on the north side of Chicago, GO SOX! I come from an enormous family of over twenty aunts and uncles and 100 cousins! In my free time I love writing poetry and like to watch movies and criticize them. I am also vice president of the Justina Memorial Foundation, which assists families of alcohol related accidents.

Fun Fact : I have had one of my poems published in a book!

Head Clinical Coordinator

I've been an orthodontic assistant since 2002. I have worked for Dr. Radu since 2005. I'm certified in coronal polishing, lingual braces and Sure Smile. There are many reasons why I have the best job in the world. I love getting to know all of our patients and seeing how incredibly happy they are when their braces come off and see the fantastic results that we helped them achieve! I love that new technology is always coming out and keeps us on our toes. I'm always up for a challenge and learning new things.

I live in Tinley Park and am married with 3 amazing kids! 2 boys (my eldest is currently in braces and doing Sure Smile) and was recently blessed with my princess! I enjoy taking my kids for walks. I like bowling, reading, baking, watching T.V. and looking for fabulous purses!

Fun Fact: I really like the show Survivor and am in a Survivor Pool every season!!

Downers Grove Business Coordinator

I am in charge of the front office duties for Dr. Radu's Downers Grove location. I've been in orthodontics for 11 years, two of which have been with Dr. Radu. My favorite thing about orthodontics is being able to see the dramatic changes in our patients from start to finish.

I am married, have 2 sons and live in Bolingbrook. During my time away from the office, I am a soccer/karate mom. I also enjoy reading thriller novels, doing puzzles and I can play the organ!

Fun Fact: My eldest son is currently a Sure Smile patient!

Clinical Coordinator

Hi, I'm Shannon, and I've been an orthodontic clinical coordinator for 6 years. I love working with kids and helping boost our patients' self-esteem by helping create beautiful smiles! Also, I enjoy getting to know our patients on a personal level. I think orthodontics is a great field!

I am a total purse lover and love to shop. I also enjoy playing tennis and have done so since I was a child. I come from a huge family with lots of siblings and grew up in Downers Grove. I am also currently in a perfect relationship with my loving boyfriend Dave, whom I hope to marry and start a family of my own with in the near future. Now that you know a little bit more about me, I hope to meet you and learn more about you! And begin our fun journey of orthodontics together!
